Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable due to scheduling commitments. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
In the event of cruise-related delays or cancellations that are beyond your control, a full refund will be issued upon verification of valid documentation.
For safety reasons, if weather conditions are deemed unsuitable for travel by the Reel Adventure Tours team, your trip will be canceled and a full refund will be provided.
We always prioritize safety and will work with you to reschedule whenever possible.
