Cancel with at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the deposit in full, and the balance remains due. If your cruise ship is delayed or misses port, you receive a full refund. If severe weather makes conditions unsafe, we reschedule or refund you in full.

You choose your pickup location when you book. Woodes Rogers Walk is best for cruise guests: between Senior Frogs and the western exit of Nassau Cruise Port, about a 10-minute walk from the ship, free. The rear dock of Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville suits Paradise Island hotel guests ($6 per person dock fee, paid on the day). Montagu in eastern Nassau has public access and free parking. Your pickup point is confirmed in your booking email; please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early.

Is the tour safe for children and non-swimmers?

Yes, safety is our top priority. Life jackets are available for all guests, and our experienced crew will assist you throughout the trip.Guests can enjoy the experience at their own comfort level, whether participating in water activities or relaxing on the boat.

Can you accommodate larger groups?

Each boat carries up to 10 guests. For larger groups, add a second private boat with its own captain and crew for $900 when you book, for up to 20 guests in total. Contact us if you would like help planning a bigger group.
