Tours operate in good and safe weather conditions. If a tour must be canceled by the operator due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, guests will have the option to reschedule for another available date or receive a full refund.
Unsafe weather conditions may include strong winds, rough seas, heavy rain, lightning, storms, or any other condition deemed unsafe by the captain or operator.
If weather conditions become unfavorable after the tour has started, the captain reserves the right to adjust the itinerary, return early, or cancel the remainder of the trip for safety reasons.
If a guest is unable to attend the tour due to a verified cruise cancellation, a full refund may be issued once acceptable proof of the cruise cancellation is provided. Acceptable proof must clearly show that the cruise was canceled, delayed, or unable to dock in Nassau on the scheduled tour date.
Guest safety is always the top priority. Weather related operational decisions are made at the sole discretion of the captain and operator.
No refunds will be issued for guest cancellations based on personal concerns about weather when the tour is still operating.
For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
